1) Dupont Circle: GRK, the fast-casual Greek restaurant, opens its doors today in Dupont. They've got "yeeros" (gyros), Greek salads, lentil salads, soups, pita breads and vegetarian fare to offer, plus frozen yogurt with both sweet and savory toppings.
