CAPITOL HILL— Charlie Palmer has launched Jeff-to-Table, a rotating weekly menu of dishes from chef Jeffery Russell featuring produce from his own community garden plot. The dinners started last week; it's a four course menu for $55, available dinner only. [EaterWire]
