The project that will eventually replace Osman & Joe's Steak 'N' Egg in Tenleytown will house about 20 apartment units, UrbanTurf reports. Folks freaked out last year when rumors of the longtime restaurant's potential closing surfaced, but the restaurant, after being razed, will become a tenant again when the project reopens.
