Rural Society, the Argentinian steakhouse from Philadelphia chef Jose Garces opens tonight for dinner (and lunch starting July 17). The Loews Madison Hotel restaurant is centered around a wood-fired grill, with dishes like grass-fed Uruguayan rib-eye, jumbo cardinal prawns, and a variety of grilled vegetables.
