It's an Eater Theme Week tradition to have a few restaurants create special dishes for readers to try all week long. The Five Days of Meat is no exception. Eater asked three restaurants to come up with meat-accented dessert recipes for the occasion.
First up: Granville Moore's. Chef Teddy Folkman has created a bacon brownie topped with bourbon cherries, vanilla whipped cream and chocolate-dipped bacon. Try it this week for $7. Folkman said the idea was just to have fun with the topic and make a dessert that people would have fun eating as well.
