Bollywood Masala Expands from Md. to Va.

Bollywood Masala has opened its second location in Fairfax. The Indian restaurant, which has its original location in Southern Maryland, is now open at 10364 Fairfax Blvd. (thanks to reader Ginger for sending word through the tipline).

The restaurant serves Northern Indian cuisine, and has a number of gluten-free options as well (plus a large bread selection for those who don't abstain). Look for lunch specials, a large number of curries (six goat curries alone), biryani and more. Here's the full menu. Owners Rajneesh and Shubh Kaushal run the place; looks like it opened about a month ago where Minerva used to be.
