David Chang Talks D.C., Makes Wings on Fallon

Missy Frederick is the Cities Director for Eater.

Momofuku restaurateur David Chang appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to talk about his D.C. expansion and make some spicy chicken wings. Chang tells the talk show host that the new restaurant is a homecoming for both him and Milk Bar pastry chef Christine Christina Tosi. Then, he and Fallon engage in a cook-off, spiking their wings with ingredients like a syringe of Scotch bonnet pepper puree. Audience members were treated to one of Milk Bar's new "Lucky Peaches and Cream" cookies on their way out.
