The five-year mark seemed like good timing for a refresh. Policy's owners worked with Studio 3877 on a redesign for the 14th Street restaurant.
The new look is designed to be softer and warmer, with exposed brick, wooden tables, cherry and bronze accents and a new communal table. They'll be adding some new artwork as well.
