MULTIPLE LOCATIONS— Washington Business Journal has not one, but two pieces of news concerning restaurateur Reese Gardner. For one thing, he's bringing Copperwood Tavern to Loudoun County. For another, Mighty Pint will eventually become the more upscale Second State, with a Pennsylvania theme (does that mean there will still be pierogis?). [WBJ]
