Mighty Pint Changes; Song Que Closing Date

COLLEGE PARK— College Park continues its own Restaurant Week tradition, starting Aug. 18. Participating restaurants include The Board and Brew, Fishnet and more. [EaterWire]

MULTIPLE LOCATIONSWashington Business Journal has not one, but two pieces of news concerning restaurateur Reese Gardner. For one thing, he's bringing Copperwood Tavern to Loudoun County. For another, Mighty Pint will eventually become the more upscale Second State, with a Pennsylvania theme (does that mean there will still be pierogis?). [WBJ]

FALLS CHURCH— It's been rumored for awhile, and now it's official. Song Que, Eden Center's beloved banh mi shop, will close its doors September 15. [GoG]
