Protein Bar Closes in Ballston

Protein Bar has closed its Ballston location. They aren't done with Arlington, though.

"While we were excited to serve the customers of Ballston, we weren't pleased with our specific location and have decided to relocate the store," said CEO Matt Matros via email. "Because the other lease is not quite final, I can't comment yet on the location." The new location will be somewhere in Arlington, though.

Protein Bar has been expanding aggressively in downtown D.C. The healthy chain is based in Chicago.
