Bonmi Expanding to New York, California

It's been about three years since Bonmi opened its downtown location, and looks like the company is ready to make some moves. They're under new management (director of operations David G. Lynch) and are getting primed for expansion.

Bonmi, which serves Vietnamese sandwiches in a fast-casual setting, will open a location at San Francisco State University, as well as Utah University, later this month. They'll head to New York in the fall as well. The company has updated its logo (pictured) and plans to expand its menu selections for the fall.

Meanwhile, they're searching for a new site for a flagship store in D.C. and may roll out some new food trucks beforehand.
