National Harbor gets a casual but sleek-looking new seafood option with the opening of The Walrus Oyster & Alehouse tomorrow.

The 150-seat restaurant was designed by Baltimore's SM+P Architects, who have incorporated wood paneling, distressed floors, growlers of beer and a naturalistic color scheme into the restaurant's look. The menu was designed by D.C. stalwart Bob Kinkead, with items like oysters and fried seafood. Star Restaurant Group from Michael Sternberg is opening the project.
