The Underground Kitchen, a "secret" (ish) supper club based in Richmond, is coming to D.C.

The club got its start earlier this year. Members get to go to a five to seven course pop-up dinner in an undisclosed location that features a local chef. They get an email a few days before tickets go on sale with more info (dates, etc.). Chefs including Mike Yavorsky (Belmont Food Shop), Owen Lane (The Magpie) and others have participated.

The D.C. event will happen sometime this month. Interested diners can register here. Naturally, they're not revealing the chef involved yet. About 25-40 people get tickets each session; they're $175 per person.
