French classics, reinterpreted dishes, raw oysters and, of course, burgers. They're all on the menu at DBGB Kitchen + Bar, which opens tomorrow at CityCenterDC.
For many in D.C., this will be their first taste of food from renowned French chef Daniel Boulud. One of his more casual enterprises, the restaurant will serve lunch, dinner and an all-day bar menu. Brunch will follow in about three weeks. Boulud developed the menu with DC executive chef Ed Scarpone.
