Blue Duck Tavern has two new chefs overseeing the menu there.
The restaurant confirmed a previous report today that Ryan LaRoche is taking over as executive chef of the restaurant, as well as the Park Hyatt hotel which houses it. LaRoche comes from NoMI, the restaurant in the Chicago Park Hyatt. He's also worked under Rick Tramonto and Joel Robuchon.
Meanwhile, the hotel has promoted Brad Deboy to the role of chef de cuisine. He's worked for Blue Duck Tavern since March of 2013, and previously cooked at Vidalia. The restaurant did not announce any specific menu changes, but said the restaurant will continue to have a farm-to-table focus under the new chefs.
