Menu MBK has had a few recent chef changes lately. A spokeswoman for the restaurant confirms that Keith Cabot is no longer working as chef de cuisine there.
"We wish him much success in his future endeavors," the restaurant said in a statement. "Chef and owner Frederik de Pue will become even more involved in the day-to-day cooking operations at the restaurant working closely with MBK's current executive sous chef, Aleksandr Felikson, who has committed to a long-term role within the Menu MBK, Table, and 42° Catering family of restaurants."
The restaurant also has a new pastry chef in Cassie Holcomb, who will oversee things at Menu, Table and the catering company. She recently worked at the Oval Room. The restaurant group also recently brought on Dave Hansen as Director of Operations.
