Graffiato: the next Homemade Pizza Co.?

Mike Isabella's Graffiato plans to offer take-home pizza-making kits during the month of October. The kits include the ingredients for making a variety of the restaurant's pies, including the American pie (fresh mozzarella, Thai basil), White House (ricotta, taleggio, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, black pepper honey), Goodfellas (provolone, meatballs, chile flake, parsley) and Porky's Revenge (sopressata, pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella).

The prices range from $10.99 to $12.99 and can be ordered by calling the restaurant the day before.
