2) Mount Pleasant: Signage is up for a restaurant called Zabver Thai at 3211 Mount Pleasant St. NW, according to the 42 Bus. They're still under construction; there isn't a ton of space for dine-in seating, so the restaurant may emphasize carryout. [PLYWOOD]
