Well-regarded D.C. pastry chef Fabrice Bendano is moving from restaurants to catering. Occasions Caterers announced today that they've brought him on as executive pastry chef.
The Paris native has made a name for himself in such D.C. restaurants as the late Citronelle and Adour, as well as 1789. He won a Rammy Award for Best Pastry Chef in 2012.
The chef said in a statement that the new move will allow him to reach a wider audience.
