Del Frisco's Grille Opens in Rockville; I-Ching Debuts

1) Rockville: Maryland's new Pike & Rose development sees its first restaurant open today. Del Frisco's Grille opened there (there's also one in D.C.), serving up bar food, steaks, sandwiches and wine.
