The Giant Paella Pan Came Out to Play for Jaleo's 10th in Crystal City

José Andrés was easy to spot at Jaleo Crystal City last night — the chef, when not making the rounds, was working the giant paella pan that the restaurant brings out for special occasions.

Jaleo Crystal City kicked off its 10-year celebration Wednesday. Those who visited the restaurant got the chance to sample cuisines from a variety of Spain's regions, from Valencia to Sevilla.
