Bradley Curtis OUT at Flight

Flight Wine Bar's opening chef has left the Penn Quarter destination.

"We are in the midst of many exciting changes at Flight. Bradley was a great opening chef for Flight, and we were pleased with our first menus," owner Swati Bose said in an email. "However, heading into our eighth month, we decided to restructure our kitchen to suit our concept and needs better."

The restaurant is planning to launch a new fall menu in the next few weeks. They've been running off-menu specials to get customer feedback about new dishes. They're also reworking the wine menu better so that it offers more flights and has an easy-to-read format.
