Tim Ma Brings His Cooking (and Wings) to Anju

Next up for the Anju pop-up: Water & Wall and Maple Ave. chef Tim Ma. He'll join Jonah Kim and guest bartender Eddie Kim for a night of largely Asian-inspired dishes like Bo Ssam spring rolls, beef heart tartare and ramen carbonara. He'll also be preparing his wings-with-a-cult following, spiked with creme fraiche.

The event will take place this Friday, starting at 10 p.m.
