José Andrés' restaurant group has a new CEO.
Kimberly Grant, who joined ThinkFoodGroup back in February as its chief operating officer, is taking over the leadership role. She's a former president of Ruby Tuesday's.
Meanwhile, ThinkFoodGroup's former CEO, Rob Wilder (who co-founded the company), is moving into the position of vice chairman of the company's board of directors. He'll take on more of a broad, strategic role, according to a press release.
The announcement comes as ThinkFoodGroup announces a second round of financing from its investor group, though it did not disclose the amount of money it received. The press release also confirms the company's plans to open a fast casual concept in 2015, though it does not say what that concept will be.
It's been a big couple of months for ThinkFoodGroup, which has opened restaurants in Vegas, as well as America Eats Tavern, this summer.
