Get Ready for a Whole New, Art Deco Urbana

Urbana [Photos: R. Lopez]

Sleek Dupont lounge and restaurant Urbana looks even more posh now, thanks to a $600,000 interior renovation. It has reopened for business with a much bigger bar area, a refreshed patio and other changes.

GrizForm Design handled the changes. They moved the private dining area, gave the bar more of an art deco feel, and soundproofed the place as well. The restaurant's pizza bar remains. The idea is for the bar area (now double its previous size) to be more open (with a new drink ledge and more floating tables). Other additions include new lamps, surfaces and patio furniture.
