Duck Sausage, Bacon Cocktails Headed to EatsPlace

EatsPlace is moving closer to its mid-September opening, and they're teasing potential customers with some sample menus from their chefs in residence. Mason Dixie Biscuit Company and DC Born & Raised will both be serving up food there, and the food incubator will have its own in-house cocktail and beverage program as well. A firm opening date has not yet been set. Menus are subject to change before opening.
