On Valentine's Day, Bourbon Steak lead bartender Duane Sylvestre and Buttercream Bakeshop executive chef and owner Tiffany MacIsaac will teach a special V-Day themed class at Bourbon Steak from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Priced at $60 excluding tax and gratuity, the "Love Potions" class will start out with MacIsaac’s fresh-baked scones and biscuits and then include four demonstrations about perfect pairings with sweets and spirits. For example, Sylvestre will explain how to make a milk punch to pair with MacIsaac's macarons.
