Holy Cow Decides Turducken Burgers Aren't Just for Thanksgiving

Holy Cow Del Ray has decided turducken is more than a sometimes food.

The restaurant is offering a special called The Holy Turducken. It combines an Angus burger with pepperjack cheese, smoked turkey, duck confit, chicken-fried chicken skins and Cajun gravy. It looks pretty epic (here's a link to their Facebook post about it).

D.C. saw a few spins on turducken around the Thanksgiving holidays, including a turducken burger over at Burger 21.
