Mike Isabella Concepts is launching monthly cooking classes at G in February, which means chefs at the company's various restaurants will show off how to make some of their specialties.
The first class on Feb. 9-10 will have Graffiato chef de cuisine Jose Adorno teaching Puerto Rican dishes like arroz con pollo. The class, which includes wine samples, is $75.
Future classes will include a ramen tutorial from Yona's Jonah Kim, Greek Easter dishes from George Pagonis and tacos from Adam Howard. More info here.
