STK Gets a Mere Half Star from Tom Sietsema

Tom Sietsema reviewed two steakhouse newcomers this week, including sexy steakhouse STK and the meatier Del Frisco's Double Eagle at CityCenter. He has quite a few nice things to say about the latter, but STK earns only a half star. Meat there "is generally not a good reason to drop in."
