CAPITOL HILL—In a move that somehow celebrates Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, District Doughnuts is offering a $10 all-you-can-eat doughnut special with a complimentary ice cold milk on Monday. District Doughnuts will be frying, glazing, and serving hot, fresh doughnuts on demand from 12 p.m. on Monday until they sell out.
