The Restaurant Week gauntlet means fighting it out for choice tables on a Friday night. More than 200 restaurants in the D.C. area are participating by offering prix fixe, three-course menus at $20.15 per person for lunch and $35.15 per person for dinner.

But not everyone wants to battle with the Restaurant Week crowds for a table. For those who don't mind missing out on the deal, here are more than 30 restaurants that AREN'T participating in Restaurant Week and have tables open for two on Friday evening, according to an OpenTable search.
