Ashok Bajaj's brasserie has a new chef. Matt Kuhn is now executive chef of Nopa Kitchen + Bar in Penn Quarter. He replaces opening chef Greg McCarty.
Kuhn has been running the kitchen at Bajaj's Ardeo + Bardeo restaurants since June 2013. Before that, he cooked at DC Coast.
Kuhn will develop a new menu for Nopa, but no details were immediately revealed.
