Black's Bar and Kitchen is serving the Classic Roast Chicken dish from Addie's old menu right now. It was one of the original dishes when the restaurant opened 18 years ago. The chicken is marinated in herbs de Provence, lemon and garlic, roasted under a broiler and served with braised greens, potatoes and mushroom gratin. It's $22 at dinner.
