Brant Cotter is the new executive chef at Food, Wine and Co. in Bethesda.
Cotter has moved his way up the ranks at the restaurant since 2011, first as a sous chef and then as chef de cuisine. He'll debut a new winter menu in early February (though some staples, like the tater tots and the lamb burger) will remain.
Meanwhile, Eddie Moran has been promoted to chef de cuisine at Food, Wine and Co. (he was in charge of the first menu at Fish Taco). He'll oversee Fish Taco as well with the help of Kavaughn Gillanshah.
Longtime Food, Wine & Co. chef Michael Harr left in August and was replaced by Sam Henderson.
