D.C. Born & Raised is wrapping things up; next up is a project from founder Katy Chang.

Next up for EatsPlace's chefs in residents program: a restaurant from the founder of the food incubator herself.

Katy Chang is in charge of Baba's Dumplings, which will take the place of DC Born & Raised, which is wrapping up its residency at the location. Baba's Dumplings will kick off its residency this Saturday and operate from 5-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursdays, 5-11 p.m. Fridays, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays.

On the menu: meat or vegan dumplings, meat soup noodles, vegan soup noodles and two types of desserts.
