PENN QUARTER— The year of the goat is coming on full force at Poste. The restaurant will offer an entire menu of goat dishes, along with grenache wines, for a dinner January 13. It's priced at $68 for dishes like goat carpaccio and goat cheese cheesecake. [EaterWire]
