Tim Rowley is the new chef at The Wine Kitchen in Leesburg.
Rowley has worked in such kitchens as Fiola, Vermillion and Bibiana; most recently he was chef at room 11.
Rowley will get the chance to work closely with local farmers and wineries in his new role, according to a press release. Expect a fall menu with plenty of vegetables, and new dishes with family roots, such as "Grandma Bert's egg casserole" at brunch.
