1) ATLAS DISTRICT: Signage is up for two places coming soon to the corner of H St NE and 13th St. NE: Blue Diner and Spile & Spigot. Signage says that the former will be an American diner open 24 hours, the latter speaks of fermented English beers. [PLYWOOD]

2) GOLDEN TRIANGLE: The GreenBee Cafe, from the folks behind Bread and Brew, is coming to 1129 20th St. NW, the previous site of Newton's Noodles. The cafe's website promises breakfast, sandwiches, salads and craft beers. [PLYWOOD]

3) GEORGETOWN: Kapnos Authentic Greek Restaurant is coming to 3234 Prospect St. NW. Focus is on, yep, authentic Greek and will have an outdoor seating area. [PLYWOOD]
