Red Hen's Krystal Cripe, who's been at the Bloomingdale restaurant since opening, has a new job title, reports Washington Post. Cripe has been promoted from sous chef to chef de cuisine; Red Hen chef and co-founder Michael Friedman says the move is to allow him to focus a bit more on the forthcoming All Purpose.
