Republic Kolache has been drawing long lines for its weekend pop-up since opening at American Ice Company. They're now offering customers a new alternative.

Fans can now pick up pre-boxed orders of the Texas pastry on Saturday mornings. "We did a trial run last week and so far folks seem pretty excited," co-founder Chris Svetlik said via email Monday. Customers can order online Monday-Wednesday, picking from a variety of flavors and then come by American Ice Company Saturday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to pick up their boxes. Orders must be in by 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Order online here. The company is also introducing a limited edition pumpkin kolache for Halloween.
