NAVY YARD— Osteria Morini's "Morini Mondays" specials return on November 2 through March 28, 2016. A rotating selection of pasta dishes like tagliatelle with antica ragu, cappelletti with truffled ricotta and prosciutto, and gramigna with sausage ragu alla carbonara will be available for $10 every Monday. ALEXANDRIA— The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division has found that a local Chinese buffet restaurant wasn't paying their employees minimum wage and overtime. The owner of Win Buffet has been ordered to pay a total of $227,048 in back wages and interest to 13 employees. [EaterWire]
