Ryan Ratino is the new chef de cuisine at Masa 14.
Ratino's resume includes stints at Bull and Bear and Bluezoo in Orlando, L'Auberge Provencale in Virginia and Caviar Russe in New York, as well as a stage at WD-50.
Ratino's adding new dishes to the menu like a strip loin with bone marrow, crispy pig tails and a pumpkin soup with green apple. He replaced Steve Hartzell.
