Before his Fall Dining Guide comes out Oct. 8, Tom Sietsema has been releasing his top ten favorite restaurants, piecemeal, with mini-reviews. They're now all out there, and here are the critic's Top 10 favorites (as well as links to the reviews):

1. Rose's Luxury

2. Rasika/Rasika West End

3. Masseria

4. Little Serow

5. The Inn at Little Washington

6. The Riggsby

7. Garrison

8. G by Mike Isabella

9. Komi

10. The Grill Room

Of Rose's Luxury, the critic says: "This is food that makes you think: Does strawberry sauce belong on pasta? Can ground pork, sweet litchis, peanuts and habaneros find happiness on the tongue? Yes and yes! Unlike last year, there's not a dish I tried during a recent exploration that I wouldn't be tickled to try again." Masseria, which just opened this , is boldly ranked third: the restaurant "feels like a secret," he says.

Stay tuned for the full guide tomorrow.
