Plans for the building that houses iconic diner Osman & Joe's Steak 'n Egg Kitchen are changing, but that spells good news for fans of the restaurant. TenleytownDC reports that rather than a mixed-use development, they'll just expand the diner into a bigger and more modern restaurant. [TDC]
