Those eager for The Shaw Bijou to open have one option: go to India. The upcoming restaurant's chef Kwame Onwuachi (soon to appear on 'Top Chef') will travel to Mumbai Nov. 20-21 for a pop-up with chef friend Alex Sanchez (The Table). They'll cook seven courses there.
