The Big Stick gets a new executive chef with Jose Gonzalez.
He's a vet of City Lights in Baltimore, The Kings Contrivance in Columbia, Md. and the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Tysons Corner.
The chef's new winter menu will stick to the theme of specialty sausages, sandwiches and craft beers but also includes a raclette night (something they'd hoped to dooriginally). On Tuesday nights, they'll offer the Swiss specialty of melted cheeses over grilled potatoes, vegetables, sausage and cornichons.
The lodge-themed restaurant has had two other chefs since it opened last December. Gonzalez replaces Jason Melborg.
