Audrey Valerio is the new pastry chef at The Pig — the first pastry chef the restaurant has ever had.
Valerio worked most recently at the Mandarin Oriental in D.C. She has also worked at Liberty Tavern, Lyon Hall, Brabo and Eventide.
Expect chocolate creations, and some savory twists on dessert (like a chocolate blood cake with liver sauce). She'll also do some consulting and pastry work for EatWell's other restaurants, including Logan Tavern and Commissary.
