Back in early January, team Crane & Turtle closed up shop for a 10-day pilgrimage to Japan. They ate a lot and visited a ramen museum. The fruits of that trip can now be seen at the restaurant itself, as Crane & Turtle begins "Tuesday Ramen Project," reports Washington City Paper.
Each Tuesday, from 5 until 6:30pm, bowls of ramen will be available for $12, walk-in only and with seating being limited to the seven-seat counter around the kitchen. Style of ramen will change frequently — potentially even from week to week.
