There is a date: Jonah Kim's Yona noodle bar will open Nov. 30 in Ballston.
The restaurant plans to first kick off lunch service and then start dinner Dec. 4.
Kim's restaurant at 4000 Wilson Blvd., a partnership with Mike Isabella, has several ramen options, chilled soba, pork buns, donburi rice bowls, and dry-fried chicken wings, among other dishes. Expect Japanese beer, sake and Japanese whiskey, too.
